With the chorus

We meet every Monday evening throughout the year at Grove Vale School, Monksfield Avenue, Great Barr near Birmingham. Here is a street map.

An initial voice test is held to determine a singer’s vocal range and quality. This is just to make sure that she doesn't damage her voice by singing outside its normal range. After a few weeks, there is an audition to determine her ability to learn a part and sing it confidently with the other three.

Our rehearsals are a mixture of vocal craft sessions and song learning and polishing. We have regular coaching sessions with some of the best coaches in the country.
