Happy International Friendship Day 

One of the greatest gifts of being part of Second City Sound Barbershop Chorus is discovering that music doesn’t just create harmony — it creates friendship.

We came to sing, but along the way we’ve found incredible friendships within the chorus and across the wider barbershop community. People who were strangers become friends and soon become something that feels a lot like family. 

There’s something incredibly powerful about standing shoulder to shoulder and creating magic together. We breathe together, listen to each other, lift each other up — and through the music, we connect.

Today, we’re celebrating the amazing people who make this journey so special, and feeling truly grateful for the laughter, support, love and memories we share.

Thank you for the music.
